Loughner and Associates worked with leaders of a major bank’s home loans organization on strategic human capital initiatives designed to prepare the organization for growth. The initiatives included the creation of a training department and curriculum within the home loans organization and a career path framework for home loans associates.
Loughner and Associates designed and developed training for the integration of two home loans organizations after the purchase of one bank by the other. Training focused on the processes and procedures, people, and technologies associated with the loan origination process, beginning with the initial customer contact and ending when the loan was turned over to loan services. An important focus was the delivery of an exceptional customer experience.
