Loughner and Associates designed and developed a two-day Instructor-led program to train sales associates to facilitate the conversion of industrial and commercial customers from oil to natural gas. The program taught sales associates to interpret gas industry documentation, read rate schedules and estimate gas usage, and determine costs associated with natural gas conversion.
Loughner and Associates designed and developed a three-day Instructor-led program to train sales associates how to design and sell outdoor lighting systems. The program included basic lighting concepts, lighting considerations for various settings and uses, and the lighting design and sales process. A training video and protocol were developed to guide sales associates through the design process.
